Terms of service

Farm to Temple LLC agrees to provide ready to heat/eat meals that have been prepared using all Maryland State food safety requirements. Although we try our best to accommodate individual food aversions, all food is prepared in one kitchen and we can not be held financially or legally responsible for any potential allergy issues. 

Upon checkout, you agree to consume food by expiration date, and refrigerate immediately after delivery.  You also agree to either be available to receive product during the chosen delivery hours, or to leave a designated cooler for us to place food. Farm to Temple is not responsible for spoiled food that is left un-refrigerated after delivery, or food that is stolen or misplaced after delivery is completed during the chosen time slot.
