Ready to eat meals

(A complete meal with 5 oz protein portions {when applicable}, paired with plant based sides)


Lunch/Lite(r) 

1. sauteed spinach salad: onions, canneli beans, strawberry, almonds


2. apple Chicken Salad: all natural chicken, walnuts, craisins, dairy free mayo, fuji apples, on a bed of spinach


3. grassfed beef meatballs w/zucchini noodles and marinara sauce


4. kale salad:kale, mango, bean sprouts, grape tomato, coconut aminos, olive oil, avocado


5. Pulled buffalo chicken stuffed white potato

6. chickpea cucumber avocado salad: roasted chickpeas, cucumbers, avocado, tomato, lemon, sweet onions, bell pepper

Dinner/heavier

1. lemon pepper chicken drums w/half sweet potato
2. Nutrient packed veggie chili: chili beans, tomato, tomato sauce, black beans, celery, carrots, garlic, onion, scallions, black rice

3. sauteed veggie wrap w/roasted garlic hummus: mushrooms, onions, peppers, flour tortilla, fresh hummus, garlic, carrot, balsamic vin


4. CHicken marsala w/brown wild rice pilaf


5. teriyaki salmon w/sauteed spinach


6. grassfed beef burger on sweet potato bun w/carrot slaw: grassfed beef, sweet potato, onion, carrots, broccoli, dairy free mayo
